2. When the subject is not “I”, it indicates a guess about the listener’s situation. (You must be~, it must be~)
화요일에는 비가 오겠습니다.

켈리 씨, 아침을 안 먹어서 배고프겠어요.
Kelly, you must be hungry since you didn't eat breakfast.
